Any details collected from Turn the Page customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Turn the Page uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Turn the Page or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Turn the Page containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. For goods currently in stock we will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within one working day (to see estimated delivery times for Australia Post’s regular parcel service please check the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html). Most deliveries arrive around 2 days after this but can take up to 5 working days. ***Due to the impact of the current Coronavirus restrictions in Victoria, Australia Post is currently dealing with unprecedented volumes. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive. See https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus#domestic *** If you are concerned about a delivery that has not arrived, please contact us so we can follow it up for you. Alternately, we can provide Auspost track and trace details so you can track your delivery yourself.

Items not currently in stock will take longer. If a title is not in stock please contact us via email at info@turnthepagebookshop.com.au to confirm price and availability and we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe before you place an order.

Refund & Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the goods are faulty (eg. a misbound or misprinted book). All goods are inspected for damage before being sent, however we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

If you have received a damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it and reimburse you for any return shipping costs.

We will exchange goods or offer a credit note within 14 days of purchase. Returned goods must be in saleable condition and accompanied by a receipt. Shipping costs associated with these goods are the responsibility of the sender.
